What are your hours of operation?

8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday

How fast do I need to send back my instrument that I’ve been using in the field?

Answer
You will be charged for the time you are in possession of the instrument. Generally, if we ship you the rental equipment, rental starts the day it arrives to you. Rental stops on the day prior to us receiving it back at our facility. (Please see rental policy for additional information.)


Question
Do you provide HazMat services and drop-shipments?

Answer
Yes, we are certified to package and ship HazMat items to your project location. (Additional fees apply.)


Question
Can you deliver my order to me?

Answer
Yes, we can deliver your order in Anchorage or in the Seattle/Tacoma area. There are additional fees for this service.
